  • You must use new number that's not been used on another OPay account.
  • The phone number must not be registered on OKash or Easemoni Loan App.
  • Lastly, if the phone number has been changed, it can't be reversed and your account number will change as well.

Changing Phone Number on OPAY

Follow these steps to successfully change your phone number on the OPay app:

  • Login to your OPay App.
  • Tap on the profile picture.
  • Tap on mobile number
  • Read the terms and conditions and tap on "proceed" to continue.
  • Enter the new phone number and get a verification code.
  • Confirm the OTP code and you're done.

Note: once you changed your OPay number, your OPay account number will also be changed to the new number without the first zero. If you want to use number that's been registered on OKash or Easemoni Loan app, then you have to close down the loan accounts before using the phone on OPay.
